新巴路線15C開蓬觀光巴士服務 (1月26日) 來往中環(天星碼頭)及花園道(纜車總站)的新巴路線15C，1個殘障座位，基本上就是搭到花園道山頂纜車站，並規劃兩條臺北市特色觀光旅遊路線，極具六十年代英國巴士的古典氣質。巴士上層以開蓬形式，可以搭H1 http://www.rickshawbus.com/tc/routes/H1

Route 15C usually alternates between single-deck bus and open-top double deck bus but the open-top bus doesn’t always operate and sometimes two single-deckers operate. I would just take whichever 15C arrives first, rather than wait for an open-top bus which may never arrive.

Not 15C which is also considered part of the route to The Peak, but takes you only to the lower Peak Tram terminus, but Bus 15 which takes you all the way to The Peak itself. If you choose to use Bus 15 to go to The Peak it will take at least 40 minutes, possibly an hour if there are road works or traffic jams, so it is quite a slow way to go.
